中药瓜石汤联合来曲唑应用于多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者治疗中对其LH、FSH及E2的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药瓜石汤联合来曲唑应用于多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者治疗的效果。方法随机选择笔者所在医院2015年4月—2018年4月期间66例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者作为研究对象,观察组给予中药瓜石汤联合来曲唑治疗,对照组给予来曲唑治疗,观察疗效以及对患者性激素水平的影响。结果观察组患者排卵前3 d、排卵前2 d、排卵前1 d及排卵日的卵泡直径,分别为(9.59±0.61)、(10.25±1.02)、(10.98±1.04)、(12.06±1.20)mm与对照组,分别为(7.05±0.54)、(8.14±0.56)、(8.78±0.71)、(9.58±0.84)mm比较,差异有统计学意义(t=17.910,P=0.000;t=10.417,P=0.000;t=10.036,P=0.000;t=9.726,P=0.000);观察组的LH、FSH、E2水平分为(8.58±2.67)mIU/mL、(5.14±0.51)mIU/mL、(98.51±13.54)pg/mL,对照组的LH、FSH、E2水平分为(11.16±3.01)mIU/mL、(5.62±0.66)mIU/mL、(75.14±12.05)pg/mL,两组患者的激素水平比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.684,P=0.000;t=3.306,P=0.000;t=7.407,P=0.000);观察组的妊娠人数为19例,对照组10例,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.982,P=0.025 6)。结论中药瓜石汤联合来曲唑可多囊卵巢综合征的临床症状,改善孕激素水平,促进不孕症好转。Objective To study the effect of TCM guashi tang combined with letrozole in treatment of patients with infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods66cases of patients with infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital from April2015to April2018were randomly selected and divided into two groups,the observation group were treated with TCM guashi tang combined with letrozole,while the control group were treated with letrozole,and the curative effect and effect on the sex hormone level were observed.Results The follicular diameters in3d before ovulation,in2d before ovulation,1d before ovulation and on the day of ovulation in the observation group and in the control group were respectively(9.59±0.61),(10.25±1.02),(10.98±1.04),(12.06±1.20)mm and(7.05±0.54),(8.14±0.56),(8.78±0.71),(9.58±0.84)mm,and the differences were statistically significant(t=17.910,P=0.000;t=10.417,P=0.000;t=10.036,P=0.000;t=9.726,P=0.000);and the LH,FSH,E2levels in the observation group and in the control group were respectively(8.58±2.67)mIU/mL,(5.14±0.51)mIU/mL,(98.51±13.54)pg/mL and(11.16±3.01)mIU/mL,(5.62±0.66)mIU/mL,(75.14±12.05)pg/mL,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.684,P=0.000;t=3.306,P=0.000;t=7.407,P=0.000),and there were19cases with gestation in the observation group and10cases in the control group,and the differences were obvious(χ^2=4.982,P=0.0256).Conclusion The TCM guashi tang combined with letrozole in treatment of patients with infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome can improve the progestin level and promote the improvement of infertility.
