摘  要:首先运用SCADA分析风电机组的运行数据,然后利用MSET对风电机组齿轮箱轴温进行状态估计,最后获得轴温的估计值。通过滑动窗口残差统计方法获得轴温真实值与估计值之间的残差,残差均值曲线能够显示齿轮箱实时的轴温,当残差均值超出设定的阈值时,系统报警。实验结果证明该方法能实时监测风电机组齿轮箱的运行状态。It uses SCADA to analyzes the operation data of wind turbines in power generation enterprises,and estimates the state of the gearbox shaft temperature based on MSET(Multivariate State Estimation Technology),obtains the relevant data of the estimated shaft temperature.Based on sliding window residual statistics method,it analyzes the residual error between the real value and the estimated value.The residual mean curve can show the real-time running state of the gear box shaft temperature.When the residual mean curve exceeds the set breakthrough range,the system starts early warning.Experiments show that the method can monitor the running state of the gearbox in real time.
