摘　　要：在城镇化建设的过程中,还要通过土地调查确定城镇土地使用状况,从而实现城镇合理规划。应用3S技术能够更好地进行城镇土地数据信息调查,为土地潜力评价提供科学数据依据。基于这种认识,本文对3S技术展开了分析,然后结合案例对3S技术在城镇土地调查与潜力评价中的应用方法进行了探讨,为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。In the process of urbanization construction,we should also determine the status of urban land use through land survey,so as to realize rational urban planning.The application of3S technology can better carry out urban land data information survey and provide scientific data basis for land potential evaluation.Based on this understanding,this paper analyses the3S technology,and then discusses the application of3S technology in urban land survey and potential evaluation with a case study,which provides a reference for people who pay attention to this topic.
