摘  要:以ZrO_2及SiO_2等为原料,通过固相法合成了钒锆蓝色料。通过XRD分析表明合成的色料为V-ZrSiO_4(s)固溶体型色料,依据CIE1976(L*,a*,b*)色度空间确定了色料呈蓝色。将得到的300、400、500目色料应用于不同的低温无铅釉中,得出400目钒锆蓝色料呈色能力最佳,低温无铅釉中碱金属氧化物有利于钒锆蓝色料呈色,而CaO、ZnO则会在一定程度上降低钒锆蓝色料呈色。The Zircon-Vanadium blue pigment was prepared by solid reaction method using ZrO2and SiO2as materials in this paper.The XRD analysis shows that synthesized pigment is V-ZrSiO4(s)belonged to solid solution type.The pigment was present blue color according to diagram of CIE1976(L*,a*,b*)chromaticity space diagram.The obtained pigment in300,400,500meshes were applied to different low-temperature lead-free glazes,and found that400meshes of vanadium zirconium blue pigment has the best color ability.The alkali metal oxides in the low-temperature lead-free glazes were conducive to color of vanadium zirconium blue pigment while CaO and ZnO will reduce the color of vanadium zirconium blue pigment to some extent.
