浙江安吉毛竹股份制合作社模式初探——以横溪坞毛竹专业合作社为例

摘　　要：浙江省安吉县积极探索了一条有利于提高林业经营水平、降低农村劳动力成本、增加农民收入的股份制合作经营模式。文章以横溪坞村毛竹股份制合作社为例,总结合作社在组建、管理运行、社员分红等方面的做法,分析了该股份制合作社对山区村产业发展以及农民增收的促进作用,提出组建竹林经营股份制合作社的相关建议。Anji County in Zhejiang Province has successfully explored a joint-stock cooperation management model that helps improve the forest management level,decrease the rural labor cost and increase the incomes of farmers.The paper takes the Moso Bamboo Joint-Stock Cooperative in Hengxiwu Village as an example to conclude the practices of the Cooperative in its establishment,management and operation and benefit sharing among villagers,analyze the promoting role of the Cooperative in rural industry development and farmers income increase,and propose the relevant suggestions for establishing the joint-stock bamboo forest management cooperative.
