玉米烘干机燃煤热风炉节能改造研究

摘  要:本文以吉林某粮库为例,对比了玉米烘干机燃煤热风炉改造前后吨粮以及吨水费用,结果表明:燃煤热风炉改造后的吨水总费用较改造前有所降低,改造前吨水总费用为3.3元,改造后吨水总费用为3.0元,吨水总费用降低了0.3元。Taking a grain depot in Jilin as an example,this paper compared the cost of a tonofgrain and the cost of a tonofgrain reducing moisture by 1%before and after the transformation of a hot air stove for a corn dryer.The results showed that the total cost of a tonofgrain reducing moisture by 1%after the transformation of a hot air stove burning coal is lower than that before the transformation.The total cost of a tonofgrain reducing moisture by 1%after the transformation is 3.0 yuan,the total cost of a tonofgrain reducing moisture by 1%before the transformation is 3.3 yuan,and the total cost of a tonofgrain reducing moisture by 1%after the transformationis 0.3 yuan lower than that before the transformation.
