摘 要:当前,思政实践课已在各高校普遍开展,但因过程性管理不足,实践效果不尽如人意。而在过程性管理方面,实施朋辈导师制项目,不仅能及时督促学生认清实践目的、提升学生实践自主性、锻炼学生的实践能力,还能弥补思政实践课指导师资的不足,从而加强对学生的实践过程性指导,并最终提升学生思政课程的实践效果,突出了对高校学生思想政治工作的教育性和服务性功能。Presently,practice learning in the class of the ideology and politics has been widely spread.However,the teaching effect is not as good as expected due to the inadequate process management.In terms of process management,the peer supervisor project works efficiently not only for the purpose of clarifying the practice goal but also is good for the students to practice their autonomy and practical ability.This is also beneficial in terms of complementing the inadequate teaching team.To promote the process guidance and enforce the teaching result can highlight the function of education and service that ideology and politics course has in higher education.
