摘　　要：时代观是指世界政治经济、社会文化发展过程中呈现的不同历史阶段的表述,是对某个历史阶段内涵、特征或主题的宏观概括。20世纪以来,世界历史经历了"战争与革命""和平与发展"时代主题的演进。进入21世纪后,在经济全球化浪潮推动下,世界变成了"地球村",各国面临的共同课题越来越多,引起了时代主题的变化,世界迎来了百年未有之大变局,习近平及时提出了"合作共赢"的新时代观。从21世纪第二个十年开始,当今时代主题便进入了从和平与发展向合作共赢的转换期。习近平合作共赢的新时代观既具有指导现实的正确性,也具有引领未来的前瞻性,是向世界贡献的中国大智慧。Era refers to the expression of different historical stages in the process of world political,economic,social and cultural development,and it is a generalization of connotation,characteristics or themes of a certain historical stage.Since the 20th century,world history has experienced the themes of“war and revolution”and“peace and development”.In the 21st century,driven by the tide of economic globalization,the earth has become a“global village”.Countries are facing an increasing number of common problems,which have caused changes in the themes of era.Since the second decade of the 21th century,the theme of our era has shifted from peace and development to win-win cooperation.Xi Jinping’s vision of a new era of win-win cooperation is not only right in guiding the reality,but also prospective in leading the future.It is China’s contribution to the world.
