摘  要:为了确定生长期西藏白绒山羊的能量、蛋白质需要量,本研究以24只体重相近、健康状况良好的3月龄西藏绒山羊母羊为研究对象,按消化能和粗蛋白两因子2×3水平的试验设计随机分为6组,进行为期90d的饲养试验和14d的消化代谢试验。结果表明:(1)日粮能量水平可显著增加试验羊的日增重(P<0.05);日粮蛋白水平对末期体重、日增重和干物质采食量均有极显著影响(P<0.01);日粮能量和蛋白水平对日增重和干物质采食量有显著的互作效应(P<0.05)。(2)日粮蛋白水平可极显著地影响氮代谢(P<0.01);日粮能量和蛋白水平仅对粪氮有显著的互作效应。(3)日粮能量水平对食入总能、甲烷能、总能消化率和总能代谢率有显著影响(P<0.05);日粮蛋白水平对甲烷能、总能消化率和总能代谢率有显著影响(P<0.05);日粮能量和蛋白水平对食入总能、甲烷能、总能消化率、总能代谢率和消化能代谢率有显著的互作效应(P<0.05)。因此,生长期西藏白绒山羊日粮适宜的消化能和代谢能水平分别为11.09~12.03MJ/kg和9.42~10.13MJ/kg,适宜的粗蛋白和可消化粗蛋白水平分别为10.35%~11.29%和5.74%~6.47%。In order to determine energy and protein requirements of growing Tibet white cashmere goats,twenty-four 4-month old and healthy Tibet white cashmere ewes with similar body weight were taken as the research objects,and were randomly divided into 6 groups by a two factors(DE×CP)with 2×3 levels experiment design,and each group had 4 replicates with 1 goat per replicate to carry out the feeding trial lasted for 90d and the digestive and metabolic trial lasted for 14d.The results show as follows:Energy level in diet could significantly increase average daily gain(ADG)(P<0.05).Protein level in diet extremely and significantly affected TBW,DMI and ADG(P<0.01).There is significant interaction on DMI and ADG between energy and protein levels in diet.Protein level in diet could extremely and significantly affect the N metabolism(P<0.01).There is only significant interaction on fecal N between energy and protein levels in diet.Energy level in diet has significant effects on intake gross energy(GE),CH 4 energy,GE digestibility and metabolic rate(P<0.05).Protein level in diet significantly affects CH 4 energy,GE digestibility and metabolic rate(P<0.05).There is significant interaction on CH4 energy,GE digestibility and metabolic rate,DE metabolic rate and intake GE(P<0.05)between energy and protein levels in diet.In a word,the proper range of DE and ME levels in diet of growing Tibet white cashmere goats are 11.09~12.03 MJ/kg to 9.42~10.13 MJ/kg,respectively,and the appropriate CP and digestible CP levels are 10.35%~11.29%to 5.74%~6.47%,respectively.
