摘　　要：目的:总结132例穿透性角膜移植手术患者日间手术的护理的方法。方法:132例穿透性角膜移植患者通过门诊的术前检查,术前解释,有角膜材料时通知入院,在日间病房给予责任制整体护理运行模式、医护一体化、家属同步健康教育、安全管理等全程优质护理服务。结果:132例穿透性角膜移植患者顺利进行日间手术,患者如期出院。结论:结合运用责任制整体护理运行模式、医护一体化、家属同步健康教育、安全管理等护理模式对穿透角膜移植术患者进行日间手术护理,术程顺利,既缩短了手术等待时间,又降低了住院费用,得到了满意的效果。Objective:To summarize the nursing methods of patients undergoing penetrating keratoplasty in day ward.Methods:A total of 132 cases of penetrating keratoplasty were examined and communicated before operation.The patients were notified if the corneal material was prepared.The overall primary nursing mode,the integration of medical care and nursing,the synchronous health education of the family and the safety management were provided in day ward.Results:All cases of penetrating keratoplasty were successfully managed by day surgery.The patient was discharged on schedule.Conclusion:The penetrating keratoplasty patients are managed by the overall primary nursing mode,the integration of medical care and nursing,the synchronous health education of the family and the safety management in day ward.It shortens the time for the patients to wait for the operation,reduces the cost of medical treatment and saves medical resources.
