摘　　要：《中华人民共和国网络安全法》正式颁布已有一年多时间,本法的颁布实施是高校信息化建设的机遇。如何在《网络安全法》框架下更好地完成高校信息化,实现信息化与教学深度融合这一目标,是未来一段时间必须解决的关键问题。文章通过解读网络安全法,提出了依法开展信息化建设需处理的关键性问题,并提出了高校依法开展信息化建设管理的思路和策略。It has been more than a year since the official promulgation of“the network security law of the People s Republic of China”whose promulgation and implementation is the opportunity for university informatization constructors.The crucial problem which is supposed to be solved in the future is how to achieve a profound integration of informatization and teaching in colleges and universities under the framework of network security law.By interpreting the network security law,this paper puts forward the key problems to be dealt with in carrying out the informatization construction according to law,and puts forward the thoughts and strategies of carrying out the informatization construction management according to law in colleges and universities.
