摘  要:通过正交优化法得到36%吡唑醚菌酯·氰霜唑悬浮剂的最佳配方为:吡唑醚菌酯28%、氰霜唑8%、5500 4.0%、CP-9 1.5%、W-600 1.0%、增效剂E-1200 3.0%、丙二醇3.0%、黄原胶0.1%、硅酸镁铝1.0%、有机硅消泡剂0.2%、BIT 0.2%,水补足至100%。研究发现:立式砂磨机以转速1 500 r/min研磨以上配方混和物2 h制得的悬浮剂产品在pH 5.5~6.5时,热贮和冷贮14 d,均没有出现析水、分层及结块等现象。经检测该制剂有效成分的分解率、倾倒性合格,产品各项指标符合悬浮剂的国际要求;经田间试验发现该悬浮剂产品对葡萄霜霉病有很好的防治效果,并以添加增效剂E-1200的药剂防效最好,防效达96%以上。Through the orthogonal optimization method,the formulation of Pyraclostrobin?Cyazofamid36%SC was obtained.The compositions were cyazofamid8%,pyraclostrobin28%,55004.0%,CP-91.5%,W-6001.0%,synergistic agent E-12003.0%,propylene glycol3.0%,xanthan gum0.1%,magnesium aluminium silicate1.0%,organicsilicon defoamer0.2%,BIT0.2%,complemented with distilled water to100%.Vertical sanding machine was used to produce the formulation at1500r/min and the optimized milling time was2h.At the pH value of5.5~6.5,the formulation had been stored at the temperature(54±2)℃for14days and there were not decomposition,precipitation and stratification,and it had good pourability,which met the international requirements of SC.Field experiments showed that the suspension agent had good control effect on downy mildew of grape,and the control effect of adding synergist E-1200was the best,reaching over96%.
