正交试验设计优化小儿伤科合剂提取工艺

摘　　要：目的:优化小儿伤科合剂的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以水提取浸膏干膏率、芍药苷含量为评价指标,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为以8倍量水提取3次,每次60 min。结论:本法优选的工艺简便可行、重复性好。Objective:To optimize the extracting process of Xiao'er wound mixture.Methods:With the water drawn extract yield and the content of Paeoniflorin as indicators to research the water amount,the extracting time and the extracting times by the orthogonal test,then to choose the best extracting process.Results:The best extracting process is to extract three times,each time sixty minutes with eight times of water.Conclusion:The process optimized is simple,feasible and reliable.
