针药联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征药物促排卵中未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合补肾促排卵汤、来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征中克罗米芬诱导排卵发生未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)患者的临床疗效。方法:65例LUFS患者随机分为2组:治疗组32例,予以针刺联合补肾促排卵汤、来曲唑治疗;对照组33例,予以补肾促排卵汤、来曲唑治疗。通过观察其排卵率、妊娠率、卵巢动脉血流指数,人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日子宫内膜厚度,对比2组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组在改善HCG日子宫内膜厚度、降低卵巢动脉血流指数(搏动指数PI及阻力指数RI)、提高妊娠率及排卵率方面均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:针刺联合补肾促排卵汤及来曲唑能有效治疗PCOS中经克罗米芬促排治疗发生LUFS患者,机制可能与其改善子宫内膜厚度、卵巢动脉血流的作用有关,值得推广。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with nourishing Kidney promoting ovulation decoction and letrozole in treating luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome after ovulation induction by clomiphene citrate.Methods:65 cases of patients with luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:32 cases in treatment group(acupuncture combined with nourishing Kidney promoting ovulation decoction and letrozole)and 33 cases in control group(nourishing Kidney promoting ovulation decoction and letrozole).The endometrial thickness,RI and PI index of ovarian blood,ovulation percentage and gestation percentage were observed in order to compare the general effect between the two groups.Results:The treatment group had a better effect in improving the endometrial thickness,ovulation percentage and gestation percentage,and reducing the RI and PI index of ovarian blood than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with nourishing Kidney promoting ovulation decoction and letrozole can treat patients with LUFS effectively.The mechanism may be related to improving endometrial thickness and ovarian blood index in the patients.
