活血化瘀养阴方联合促红细胞生成素治疗癌性贫血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血化瘀养阴方联合促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,EPO)对癌性贫血的临床疗效。方法:将67例癌性贫血患者用随机法分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(34例)。对照组使用促红细胞生成素:10 000 IU皮下注射,2次/w,连续使用4 w。治疗组在对照组使用EPO的基础上加用中药活血化瘀养阴方,每次200 m L,2次/d。治疗前及治疗期间每周观察各组Hb、RBC的变化及中医症候积分变化,并进行统计分析。结果:用药后治疗组Hb高于对照组、中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。用药后治疗组RBC高于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:活血化瘀养阴方联合EPO较单独使用EPO能显著改善癌性贫血,提高患者Hb水平和生活质量,值得临床推广运用。Objective:To observe efficacy the effects of“Huoxue-huayu-yangyin decoction”combined with EPO on CRA.Metheds:67 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=33)and the control group(n=34).The control group used EPO 10 000 IU hypodermic injection biw.The treatment group was added with“Huoxue-huayu-yangyin decoction”with 200 mL b.i.d.Before the treatment and every week during the treatment,the Hb、RBC and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the Hb in the treatment group was higher than the control group,while traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score was lower than the control group.There was a statistical significance(P<0.05).The RBC in the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference being not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared to just using EPO,Huoxue-huayu-yangyin decoction combined with EPO can significantly increase the curative effect of erythropoietin and improve the quality of life on Cancer Related Anemia.
