小陷胸汤对糖尿病前期痰湿蕴热质患者胰岛素抵抗指数及β细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察小陷胸汤对糖尿病前期痰湿蕴热质患者胰岛素抵抗指数及β细胞功能的影响。方法:将120例糖尿病前期痰湿蕴热体质患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。在给予一般性的生活方式干预的基础上,观察组采用小陷胸汤治疗,对照组采用阿卡波糖治疗。观察2组干预前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和胰岛素抵抗指数及β细胞功能的变化情况。结果:(1)干预后2组FBG、PBG、FINS均明显改善,与干预前比较有显著差异(P <0. 05)。(2)干预后2组胰岛素抵抗指数及β细胞功能明显改善,与干预前比较有显著差异(P <0. 05);(3)干预后2组间相比小陷胸汤组较于阿卡波糖组对上述指标的改善作用更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:小陷胸汤对糖尿病前期痰湿蕴热质患者的干预,能明显改善患者的胰岛素抵抗指数,保护β细胞功能,进而有效地的控制血糖,达到逆转和阻止疾病发展的作用。Objective:the effect of Xiaoxianxiong decoction on insulin resistance index and beta cell in patients with Phlegm-dampness retention Heat constitution in pre-diabetes.Methods:120 cases of pre-diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.2 groups were given general lifestyle intervention,on this basis,the observation group was given the treatment of Xiaoxianxiong decoction,the control group was given acarbose intervention.Fasting blood glucose(FBG)、2 h postprandial blood glucose(PBG)、fasting insulin(FINS)、insulin resistance index and beta cell function were observed before and after intervention.Results:(1)FBG,PBG and FINS were significantly improved in the 2 groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Insulin resistance index and beta cell function of the 2 groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),(3)In terms of the above indicators,the improvement of the Xiaoxianxiong decoction group was better than that of the acarbose group statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of Xiaoxianxiong decoction on pre-diabetic patients with Phlegm-dampness retention Heat constitution can obviously improve the patient's insulin resistance index,protect the function of beta cell,and then effectively control the blood sugar and reverse and prevent the development of the disease.
