摘  要:通过对天然橡胶NR、天然/丁苯并用橡胶NR/SBR、聚氨酯橡胶PUR和丁基橡胶IIR等四种胶的各三种硬度不同(邵A70±5、80±5和90±5)硫化胶试样进行机械强度和MTS载荷-变形测试,首先从中筛选出强度高、承受压缩载荷大的NR/SBR并用胶作为海上采油平台桩腿耦合器LMU缓冲橡胶块的主体橡胶材料;接着应用三因子三水平的正交实验法,优化NR/SBR并用胶的配方设计,得到最佳配方为A1B3C2(即丁苯胶20质量份数pbw,硫化剂2.5质量份数pbw,碳黑牌号选用N660)。该配方的硫化胶试样均通过了严格的验证测试。The mechanical strength and the compression load-deformation of vulcanized rubber specimens with three different hardness(shaoA70±5,shaoA80±5and shaoA90±5)were detected respectively,which specimens were maded by four kinds rubbers of the natural rubber NR,blend of natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber NR/SBR,polyurethane rubber PUR and butyl rubber IIR.Through the analysis and comparison of the test results,the main rubber material of the buffer rubber block of LMU on offshore oil production platform was optimized and selected for NR/SBR blend with high strength and large compression load.Then the application of the three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment method optimized the formulation design of blend NR/SBR.The optimal formula obtained is A1B3C2,in which SBR is20pbw,vulcanizing agent is2.5pbw,and carbon black is N660.All vulcanized specimens,which were made by the best formula of the blend NR/SBR,passed the strict verification test.
