摘　　要：以工业级碳酸二乙酯为原料,通过单塔常压连续精馏工艺,在DCS系统的基础上并投入APC系统,提高了工艺参数控制的精确度,增加了装置运行的稳定性,使产品品质更加稳定。中试结果表明,采用该装置,产品能满足电池级碳酸二乙酯的品质要求。With industrial grade diethyl carbonate as raw material,through a single column constant pressure continuous distillation process,on the basis of the DCS system and put into the APC system,the precision of the process parameter control is improved,the stability of the device is increased and the product quality is more stable.The results of pilot test show that the product can meet the quality requirements of battery grade diethyl carbonate.
