摘　　要：目的观察PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效。方法选取2014年9月至2017年12月期间在本院接受治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者62例作为研究对象,采用随机抽取方式将患者分为两组,每组31例,对照组采用LPFP骨近端锁定钢板治疗,观察组使用PFNA(股骨近端防旋髓内钉)治疗,对比两组患者手术指标以及恢复指标以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者手术指标显著高于对照组,观察组患者恢复指标显著高于对照组,观察组患者并发症发生率6.45%低于对照组28.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折使用PFNA治疗,与DHS相比较,手术过程中对患者伤害较少,手术时间短,患者恢复快,不良反应发生率较小,对于老年患者治疗效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of PFNA on intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly patients.Methods Selection during September2014to December2017in our hospital for treatment of62cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture as the research object,using a random sample,patients can be divided into two groups,each group of31cases,control group adopts LPFP bone proximal locking plate treatment,observation group using PFNA(proximal femoral intramedullary nail)prevention treatment,compared two groups of patients with surgery index and recovery index and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The surgical index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the recovery index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was6.45%lower than that in the control group28.81%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA treatment for intertrochanteric femoral fracture in elderly patients,compared with DHS,is less harmful to patients in the process of surgery,shorter operation time,faster recovery of patients,and lower incidence of adverse reactions.It has significant therapeutic effect on elderly patients and is worthy of promotion.
