摘　　要：调研安徽淮北地区非遗戏曲文化市场发展趋势发现,淮北地区非遗戏曲文化市场发展存在诸多问题。淮北地区非遗戏曲剧团发展受各种因素制约,直接影响淮北地区戏曲文化市场整体发展。依据调研分析笔者提出以具有"知识溢出"效应的淮北地方高校为核心结合地方非遗戏曲剧团组织共同发展的对策。以高校创新活力的优势弥补淮北非遗戏曲剧团的不足,形成产学研模式,加速淮北文化演艺产业的集聚,促进淮北非遗戏曲文化市场的发展。The opera of Anhui Huaibei area and cultural market and Huaibei opera troupe,the SiZhouXi troupe judicial and key research found that intangible opera troupes in Huaibei area development has many problems.To research with the knowledge spillover effect of innovation vigor of Huaibei local colleges as the core in combination with the local opera troupes organizations development countermeasure,in the university innovation vitality of advantage to make up for any deficiencies in Huaibei performing arts groups,form production mode,accelerate the Huaibei cultural industry agglomeration.
