摘　　要：针对电力行业SF6气体管理工作中存在的台账繁杂无法实时查询、气体使用无法实时跟踪记录、SF6气体用量难以精准计量等问题,论文设计了一套六氟化硫气体全生命周期管理集成系统。系统由硬件、软件两部分组成:硬件部分可实现气体使用过程中的精准定量计量、获取设备的相关运维数据;软件部分可实现覆盖气体全生命周期的设备-气体全台账集成管控。系统的应用,将有助于SF6气体使用及归口管理单位准确、直观的掌握SF6气体的使用、回收信息,以便及时、恰当的调整设备运维策略、优化气体仓储供应。此外,论文提出的SF6气体全生命周期管理理念对于节约设备运维成本,减少环境污染等,也将起到积极作用。Aiming at the SF6gas management problems in electric power industry,such as complicated accounts,no real-time tracking of gas usage record,and difficult measurement of SF6gas consumption.This paper designs an integrated management system of SF6gas which covered its whole life cycle.The system is composed of hardware and software:the hardware can realize accurate quantitative changes in the process of gas use and obtain the relevant operation and maintenance data of SF6-equipment;the software can realize the integrated management and control of equipment-gas account covering the whole life cycle of SF6gas.The application of the system will significantly improve management level of SF6gas.What′s more,for electric power enterprise,it also benefits to timely and appropriate adjustment of equipment operation and maintenance strategy,optimization of gas storage and supply.In addition,the life cycle management concept of SF6gas which proposed in this paper will also play a positive role in saving equipment operation and maintenance costs,reducing environmental pollution and so on.
