摘　　要：目的观察HIV/AIDS男性患者高效抗反转录病毒治疗前及治疗中性激素水平变化趋势。方法对2017年1月—2018年1月于北京地坛医院就诊的50名男性HIV/AIDS抗病毒治疗患者进行随访,观察患者治疗前、治疗1月、治疗6月的性激素水平变化(试验组)。同时选取26例健康人作对照(对照组)。结果试验组基线睾酮水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05);试验组基线睾酮(T0)水平为(4.0±0.3)ng/ml,1月睾酮(T1)水平为(5.2±0.2)ng/ml,6月睾酮(T6)水平为(4.8±0.3)ng/ml。T1、T6均明显高于T0,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Logistic回归分析提示,年龄> 45岁及CD4+T淋巴细胞计数<200 cells/μl为睾酮低下的相关风险因素。结论 HIV/AIDS男性患者的总体性激素水平较正常人低下,患者的年龄、免疫状况等是发生雄性激素水平降低的危险因素。Objective To observe the changes of sex hormone levels in male HIV/AIDS patients before and during highly active antiretroviral therapy.Methods Fifty male HIV/AIDS patients receiving HAART in Beijing Ditan Hospital from January2017to January2018were recruited in this study.The50male HIV/AIDS patients were followed up to observe the changes of sex hormone levels before HAART and at1and6months after HAART(experimental group).At the same time,26healthy subjects were selected as control group.Results The baseline testosterone levels of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,testosterone levels were(4.0±0.3)ng/ml at baseline(T0),(5.2±0.2)ng/ml at1month after HAART(T1)and(4.8±0.3)ng/ml at6months after HAART(T6).T1and T6were significantly higher than T0(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age of>45years and CD4+T cell counts of<200cells/μl were risk factors for low testosterone levels.Conclusions The overall testosterone levels in male HIV/AIDS patients are significantly lower than those in normal subjects.The patient's age and immunity are risk factors for the reduction of testosterone levels in male.
