摘  要:为了保证海底原位在线观测节点安全、稳定运行,研制了一套电能管理系统,该系统由电能分配模块、节能控制模块、参数采集模块、控制模块、故障隔离模块、管理软件模块组成。方案设计中首次采用含有现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)的嵌入式控制器,实现远程供电和管理、运行状态实时监控以及突发故障快速隔离。文中重点介绍了电能管理系统参数采集、电能分配、节能控制以及故障隔离等模块的硬件和软件设计。观测节点在蓬莱海域成功布放后,在两个月的试验期内电能管理系统稳定运行。海试结果证明,电能管理系统达到了功能设计要求。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of in-situ online seafloor observation nodes,a power management system is developed in this paper.The system consists of power distribution module,energy-saving control module,parameter acquisition module,control module,fault isolation module and management software module.The embedded controller with Field-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)is used for the first time in the scheme design to realize remote power supply and management,real-time monitoring of operation status and rapid isolation of sudden faults.This paper focuses on the hardware and software design of the modules of parameter acquisition,power distribution,energy-saving control and fault isolation of the power management system.After the observation nodes were successfully deployed in the Penglai sea area,the power management system operated steadily during the two-month test period.The results of sea trial show that the power management system meets the requirements of functional design.
