薯蓣膏治疗疲劳性亚健康的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察薯蓣膏治疗疲劳性亚健康的临床疗效。方法:将疲劳性亚健康患者200例随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组给予薯蓣膏治疗,对照组给予补中益气丸治疗,连续治疗8周后观察两组的疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分、生活质量、体液免疫学指标(IgA、IgM、IgG)、细胞免疫学指标(CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+)和不良反应。治疗结束3个月后(第20周)随访,观察疲劳总积分的变化。结果:治疗组有3例失访,对照组有2例失访,总共195例进入研究。两组治疗后躯体疲劳评分、精神疲劳评分及FS-14总分、生活质量评分与治疗前比较均显著改善(P<0.01)。在免疫功能方面,治疗组治疗后体液免疫学指标(IgA、IgM、IgG)和细胞免疫学指标(CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+)与治疗前比较均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗后IgA、IgG和CD_4^+、CD_8^+与治疗前比较均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后躯体疲劳评分、精神疲劳评分及FS-14总分、生活质量(PF、RP、SF、VT、GH、MH)评分、体液免疫学指标(IgA、IgM、IgG)和细胞免疫指标(CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+)与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。疗程结束3个月后(第20周)随访表明,治疗组的FS-14总分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗期间两组患者均无严重不良事件发生。结论:薯蓣膏可明显改善疲劳性亚健康患者的疲劳症状、生活质量,远期疗效明显,具有较好的安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese Yam cream in the treatment of fatigue sub-health.Method:200patients with fatigue were randomly divided into treatment group(100cases)and control group(100cases).The Chinese Yam cream was given to the treatment group,while the Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan was given to the control group.After continuous treatments for8weeks the Fatigue Scale14(FS-14),quality of life,humoral immunological indicators(IgA,IgM,IgG),cellular immune indicators(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+)and adverse events were observed.And3months later(20th week)the total score of fatigue was observed and evaluated by the follow-up visits.Result:Except3cases in the treatment group and2cases in the control group lost contact in the follow-up visits the rest195cases were included in this study.The scores of physical fatigue,mental fatigue and total score of FS-14as well as the life quality were increased significantly after treatments(P<0.01).In terms of immune function the humoral immunity(IgA,IgM,IgG)and cellular immune(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+)of the treatment group showed significant improvement after treatments(P<0.01).The humoral immunity(IgA,IgG)and cellular immunity(CD4^+,CD8^+)of control group were statistically significant after treatments(P<0.01).Compared with control group the FS-14of physical fatigue,mental fatigue,total score,scores of life quality(PF,RP,SF,VT,GH,MH)、humoral immunological indicators(IgA,IgM,IgG)and cellular immune indicators(CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+)after treatment presented significant difference(P<0.01).The follow-up result after3months(20th week)showed that the total score of FS-14of the treatment group was statistically lower than control group(P<0.01).There is no serious adverse events happened in the two groups during the treatments.Conclusion:The Chinese Yam cream presents obvious therapeutic effect of relieving fatigue syndrome and improvement of life quality from the patients with fatigue,its long-term efficacy is superior,therefor it is safe and worthy recommending in clinical application.
