摘 要:目的:优选藤黄檀中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、液料比以及提取时间为自变量,以总黄酮的得率为因变量,采用星点设计-响应面法优选藤黄檀的最佳提取工艺。结果:确定最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为50%,液料比为59 ml/g,提取时间为104 min。在此提取条件下,总黄酮的得率可达6.60%,与模型预测值接近。结论:优选出的藤黄檀总黄酮最佳提取工艺方法简便可行,可为藤黄檀总黄酮的研究提供参考依据。Objective:To optimize the extracting process of total flavonoids for Dallergiahancai Benth.Method:Independent variables were ethanol concentration,liquid-to-feed ratio,and reflux time,dependent variables were extracting rate of total flavonoids.Central composite design and response surface methodology were used to optimize the extracting process.Result:Through the analysis of the results the optimum extraction process was determined as follows:ethanol concentration50%,liquid-to-solid ratio59ml/g,reflux time104min.this optimal extraction condition,the yield of total flavonoids can reach6.60%,which was close to the model predictions.Conclusion:The optimum process is simple and more feasible for extracting,by which higher total flavonoids content in Dallergiahancai Benth,can be obtained,and which provides a reference for the research on the total flavonoids of Dallergiahancai Benth.
