摘  要:本文首次测定了瓜尔豆种子萌发三个不同时期硝酸还原酶(NR)活性、亚硝酸还原酶(NIR)活性、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性、谷氨酸合成酶(GOGAT)活性和蛋白质含量及瓜尔豆种子萌发后根、茎部位酶活性和蛋白质含量,以期解析瓜尔豆种子萌发时氮代谢过程中关键酶活性、蛋白质含量的变化规律和差异。The activities of nitrate reductase(NR),nitrite reductase(NIR),glutamine synthase(GS),glutamate synthase(GOGAT)and protein content of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba(L.)Taub.seeds at three different stages of germination were determined at a first time in this paper.Enzyme activity and protein content in root and stem of C.tetragonoloba seeds after germination were determined,too,in order to analyze the changes and differences of key enzyme activities and protein contents in process of nitrogen metabolism during seed germination of C.tetragonoloba.
