摘　　要：与普通木工四面刨床相比,带有数控系统的四面刨床提高了生产加工效率、减少了人力成本、提高了刨床加工精度,不但增强了数控木工四面刨床在国内市场中的竞争力,而且提高了企业的经济效益。本文重点分析和研究了数控四面刨床控制系统的软硬件构成、管理程序、数控系统检测。Compared with ordinary woodworking four side planer,the four sided planer with CNC system improves production ef?ficien cy,reduces manpower cost and improves machining accuracy of planer.It not only enhances the competitiveness of the CNC woodworking four plane planer in the domestic market,but also improves the econom ic benefit o f the enterprise.This paper focuses on the analysis and study of the hardware and software com ponents,the management program and the numerical control system testing o f the numerical control four plane planing.
