摘  要:三相电流型脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)整流器一般采用三值逻辑的正弦波脉冲宽度调制(sinusoidal pulse width modulation,SPWM)调制方法,因而在任一时间区间都至少有3个开关同时处于PWM控制状态,且需设置叠流时间。为了简化该整流器的控制过程,提出了一种三相电流型整流器控制方法,在任一时间区间只需1个开关管进行PWM控制,不需设置叠流时间,且只需进行开环控制。分析了简化调制方法的原理,给出控制系统的结构和控制策略,对系统性能进行理论计算。理论计算表明相电流的总谐波畸变率为4. 64%,功率因数可达0. 999。通过仿真研究验证了该方法的正确性与有效性。Three-phase current-source PWM rectifier generally adopts three-valued logic SPWM modulation method which is to keep at least three switches in PWM control state in any time interval at the same time and set overlap time.In order to simplify control process of the rectifier,this paper presents a kind of control method for three-phase current-source rectifier that only needs one switch tube for PWM control in any time interval while without need for overlap time but open-loop control.It analyzes principle of the simplified modulation method,provides structure of the control system and the control strategy and makes theoretical calculation on system performance.Relevant theoretical calculation indicates the total harmonic distortion rate of phase current is4.64%and power factor is0.999.Simulation research has verified correctness and effectiveness of this method.
