摘  要:基于断路器液压油的状态对于设备安全运行的重要性,设计了六氟化硫断路器液压油检测系统,介绍了系统的总体方案和硬件设计。检测系统主要包括最小系统的设计和传感器检测模块电路的设计。系统进行了水分含量的检测、粘度的检测和颗粒污染度的检测,并对检测结果进行了分析。实验结果表明,系统对液压油的检测是必要的,能对六氟化硫断路器系统用液压油的维护和管理提供依据。Based on the importance of the state of the circuit breaker hydraulic oil to the safe operation of the equipment,the detection system of the hydraulic oil for HF6circuit breaker is designed,and the overall scheme and hardware design of the system are introduced.The detection system mainly includes the design of the minimum system and the design of sensor detection module circuit.The detection of moisture content,viscosity and particle contamination were carried out and the test results were analyzed.The experimental results show that the system is necessary to test the hydraulic oil,which can provide the basis for the maintenance and management of the hydraulic oil used in the HF6circuit breaker system.
