摘　　要：本文介绍了一种针对大中型生产企业备件管理困难的问题而设计的备件信息可视化管理的方案。该方案是以大中型生产企业普遍已具备的生产控制网络和现场监控软件为基础,通过相应的编程来解决工厂备件管理中存在的技术人员参与度不够,备件准备与现场需求脱节等问题。This paper introduces a scheme of visual management of spare parts information,which is designed to solve the problem of difficult spare parts management in large and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the production control network and on-site monitoring software which are widely avai lable in large and medium-sized enterprises,the scheme sol ves the problems of insufficient participation of technicians in spare parts management and the disconnection between spare parts preparation and on-site demand through corresponding programming.
