基于正交设计试验方法的螺栓拧紧力矩系数影响因素研究

摘　　要：基于正交设计试验方法进行了螺栓拧紧力矩系数影响因素的试验研究,重点研究了螺栓性能等级、垫片等级、润滑条件、拧紧速度四个主要因素对螺栓拧紧力矩系数的影响。结果表明,四个螺栓拧紧力矩影响因素中,螺栓性能等级影响最为显著,试验结果对螺栓连接的可靠性具有重要意义。Based on orthogonal test,the experimental research on the factors affecting the bolt tightening torque coefficient is carried out,including the bolt performance level,the washer performance level,the lubrication conditions and the tightening speed.The results show that the bolt performance level is the most significant factor among them.The research has a widely significance in the field of the reliability of the bolt connection.
