摘  要:本文介绍了黑龙江省旱情遥感监测系统开发的技术方案,并对关键技术进行了阐述,同时就业务化运行的示范应用进行了分析。选取2015—2017年的遥感监测数据,分析了黑龙江省3a间的干旱状况,同时,基于站点实测的土壤墒情数据和遥感反演的土壤含水量数据,通过旱情等级进行精度评价,并对旱情监测结果进行验证。研究结果表明:区域旱情遥感监测系统具有按侯、旬生产旱情监测产品的能力,监测结果可靠,平均精度达到87.21%,满足旱情监测的要求。This paper introduces the technical scheme of remote sensing monitoring system for drought situation in Heilongjiang Province,expounds the key technologies,and analyzes the demonstration application of operational operation.Remote sensing monitoring data from 2015 to 2017 were selected to analyze the drought situation in Heilongjiang Province during the three years.At the same time,based on the site measured soil moisture content data and remote sensing inversion of soil moisture content data,the accuracy of the drought level was evaluated to verify the drought monitoring results.The results show that the remote sensing monitoring system of regional drought situation has the ability to produce drought situation monitoring products according to the climate and ten-day period,and the monitoring results are reliable with an average accuracy of 87.21%,meeting the requirements of drought situation monitoring.
