摘  要:将聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维作为耐烧蚀填料加入到丁异戊橡胶(BIR)中,可显著改善BIR烧蚀性能,当PI加入量为10份时,线烧蚀率从0.395mm/s降至0.149mm/s。分别用酸、碱、偶联剂、胶黏剂对PI短切纤维进行表面处理,分析不同处理方式对BIR复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,纤维表面处理可改善PI/BIR复合材料的力学性能,偶联剂处理后,其拉伸强度可达到9.08MPa。Polyimide(PI)fiber which significantly improved BIR ablation performance as an ablative filler was added to butadiene-isoprene rubber(BIR).When the amount was10parts,the linear ablation rate decreased from0.395mm/s to0.149mm/s.The surface treatment of PI chopped fibers with acid,alkali,coupling agent and adhesive was carried out to analyze the effects of different treatment methods on the properties of BIR composites.The result indicated that the surface treatment of fiber improved the mechanical properties of PI/BIR composites.After coupling agent treatment,the tensile strength of the composite reached9.08MPa.
