摘　　要：采用熔融共混法制备免漆高光黑色丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS树脂),考察了黑色母种类、添加量和苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN树脂)相对分子质量对产品性能的影响,并采用红外光谱仪分析了色母在ABS树脂中的相容性。结果表明,黑色母的种类是免漆高光黑色ABS树脂制备的关键因素之一,优选SAN树脂载体黑色母;增加黑色母添加量,产品的力学性能呈下降趋势;优选的黑色母与ABS树脂的溶解度参数相近,具有很好的相容性。In this study,the black ABS resin with high gloss and free-painting was prepared by melt blending method.The effects of black masterbatch type,content and molecular weight of SAN resin on the performance of the resin were investigated.The consistency of black masterbatch in ABS resin was analyzed by infrared spectrometer.The results showed that the masterbatch type is one of the key factors to the development of black ABS resin with high gloss and free-painting.The SAN-based black masterbatch is selected in priority.With more carbon black masterbatch,the mechanical properties of the product showed a downward trend;The black masterbatch has good compatibility with ABS resin.
