摘 要:为配合某半穿甲战斗部的设计工作,展开针对小型作战舰艇的目标特性分析,归纳该级别舰艇的结构、材料、加强筋等特征,设计具有代表性的典型舱室,运用合理的材料本构关系和状态方程,计算半穿甲战斗部在不同着靶速度下侵彻带有加强筋结构的复合装甲舱壁的剩余速度,分析不同质量温压炸药在舱室内爆炸时舱室的破坏情况,计算舱内冲击波压力,并分析半穿甲战斗部穿孔对舱室内爆效应的影响。结果表明:22.5 kg半穿甲战斗部以180 m/s侵彻8 mm超高分子量聚乙烯+8 mm某型舰船钢复合装甲舱壁时,8 mm超高分子量聚乙烯层可近似等效为5.5 mm舰船钢靶;聚乙烯材料层对低速弹体的侵彻阻碍能力较为突出;加密舱壁的加强筋结构并添加复合装甲对半穿甲侵彻过程将产生极大影响;1 kg温压炸药即可造成舱壁结构破坏、舱内人员死亡的结果;当半穿甲战斗部弹孔尺寸小于舱壁长度的1/10,其对内爆效应的影响可忽略不计。该文结论可为战斗部小型舰艇的毁伤评估提供数据支持。In order to cooperate with the design of a semi-armor-piercing warhead,the target characteristics of light warship are analyzed.Structure,material and reinforcement of this class ship are summarized,and representative typical cabin is designed.Using the rational material constitutive equation,the residual velocity of the semi-armor-piercing warhead at different position of the reinforced bulkhead with different target velocities is calculated.Shock wave pressure in the cabin and the caused damage are analyzed and influence of the perforation of semi-armor-piercing warhead on the chamber explosion effect is analyzed.It is concluded by numerical calculation,when22.5kg semi-armor-piercing warhead penetrated8mm UHMWPE+8mm steel plate by180m/s,the8mm UHMWPE layer can be approximately equivalent to5.5mm steel target for warship;The penetration resistance of PE to low velocity projectile is more prominent;Increasing reinforcement structure of bulkhead and the addition of the composite armor will have a great effect on the penetration process of the half piercing armor;1kg thermobaric explosive can cause the damage of bulkhead structure and the death of personnel in the cabin.When the hole size caused by semi-armor-piercing warhead bullet is less than the1/10length of the bulkhead,its effect on the implosion effect can be neglected.Based on these conclusions,data support can be provided for damage assessment of warhead light warships.
