摘  要:该文以水面舰艇为研究目标,采用ABAQUS软件作为数值模拟软件,分析舰船在水下爆炸冲击波载荷和气泡脉动载荷共同作用下的响应,解决ABAQUS计算大变形问题时的单元失效,获取舰船的加速度响应、应力响应和外板局部变形的规律。获得以下结论:爆炸载荷的垂向作用为舰船响应的主要施加者,爆炸后产生的冲击波最先接触到船底迎爆面,后沿垂向构件向顶部传递;由于垂向构件的隔振作用,导致舰船底部的响应会显著大于上层结构,且越往上响应越小。加速度响应总是由下至上逐渐减小,离爆点越近的区域加速度峰值越大,相同位置不同层甲板处测点的加速度峰值也各不相同。冲击载荷主要作用在舰船底部迎爆面处,舰船底部的应力要远大于上层结构,即船底外板中心处的应力最大;由于爆炸作用的区域比较大,舰艏和舰艉相对中部迎爆面来说要小得多。数值分析所得的舰艇在冲击波和气泡脉动载荷联合作用下的响应规律与理论分析情况吻合较好,可为舰艇抗冲击结构的设计提供参考。The impact response of a warship has been simulated by the general finite element program ABAQUS,the problems such as unit failure during large deformation computation was effectively solved by ABAQUS when the underwater explosion was under the joint action of shock wave and bubble impluse,the results of the response were obtained.The laws of stress response of the hull,local deformation of the base plate,and the acceleration response of the hull were revealed.In conclusion,the vertical action of explosion load is the main contributor to ship response,the underwater blast wave first acts on the bottom of the ship,and then the shock is transmitted upward through the vertical structure of the ship until the deck and superstructure.At the same time,the vertical structure will weaken the impact motion,so the impact response of the ship’s upper structure is significantly smaller than that of the bottom,and shows a decreasing trend.The ship’s acceleration response always decreases gradually from the bottom to the top,the closer to the explosion point,the higher the peak acceleration,and the peak accelerations at the measured points at the same positionson different decks are different.The bottom of the ship is the main bearing of the impact load,and its stress response is larger than that of the superstructure,while the maximum stress is concentrated at the midship blasting surface,and the stress at the bow and stern are much smaller than that at the midship blasting surface.The calculation results from numerical simulation corresponding to actual analysis,and it could provide evidence for warship structure design.
