摘 要:瓷套式高压电缆终端泄露问题是高压电缆运行安全的主要问题之一,该文提出一种基于超声Lamb波的瓷套式高压电缆终端液位检测方法。首先,分析瓷套式终端液位超声Lamb波检测机理;然后,采用小波包分解对接收信号进行分析,提取特性信息,计算不同液位高度时的小波能量;最后,搭建实验平台,通过扫频实验获得瓷套式终端的频响特性,根据频响特性选取激励频率,进行液位检测。实验结果表明接收信号的小波能量随液位高度的增加呈几何式衰减,在液位较低时能量的区分度较高,而当液位较高时能量的区分度下降。基于超声Lamb波能量衰减的液位检测方法为实现瓷套式高压电缆终端液位带电检测提供参考。Leakage of porcelain termination is a serious problem for the safe operation of high voltage cable.In this paper,a liquid level detection method using the Lamb wave is proposed for the porcelain termination.First,the mechanism of Lamb wave liquid level detection for porcelain termination was analyzed.Then,the wavelet packed decomposition was used to feature extraction,and the wavelet energy at different liquid level were calculated.Finally,the experimental setup was established and a series of liquid level detection experiment were carried out.The frequency response characteristics of the porcelain termination were obtained by sweep experiment,and the excitation frequency was determined according to the frequency response characteristics.The experimental results show that the wavelet energy of the received signal is decrease geometrically with the increase of the liquid level.When the liquid level is low,the energy difference was bigger and easy to distinguish.When the liquid level was high,the energy value is very small and difficult to distinguish.The liquid level detection method of porcelain termination based on the energy attenuation of Lamb wave is feasible.
