摘  要:热电厂在生产的过程中每天会用到大量的循环冷却水,同时也会产生大量的浓缩高盐废水,废水直接排放不仅会浪费大量的水资源,同时会对下游污水处理厂的运行产生较大冲击。为了提高该部分废水的重复利用率,节约水资源,拟采用频繁倒极电渗析对其进行脱盐处理后回用于循环水系统,并在现场进行了进水规模1 m3/h的中试实验。实验结果显示:平均最优电压为95V,电流18. 32A,在产水率为80%的前提下,产水脱盐率可以达到80%以上,出水达到循环水回用标准。频繁倒极电渗析处理工业循环水有着良好的除盐效果、稳定性和经济性。In the process of production,thermal power plants use a large amount of circulating cooling water every day,and also produce a large amount of concentrated high-salt wastewater.The direct discharge of this part of high salt wastewater will not only waste a lot of water resources,but also cause great shock to the operation of downstream sewage treatment plants.In order to improve the reuse rate of this part of wastewater and save water resources,it is planned to use desalination treatment by frequent reverse electrodialysis for this high salt wastewater,and reuse it to the circulating water system,and a pilot experiment with a water inflow scale of1m3/h is carried out on site.The experimental results show that the average optimal voltage is95V and the current is18.32A.Under the premise of80%water production,the desalination rate of the produced water can reach more than80%,and the effluent reaches the circulating water reuse standard.Frequent reverse electrodialysis treatment of industrial circulating water has good desalination effect,with operation stable and economy saving.
