摘　　要：大学生就业问题不仅是我国面临的一个难题,从世界范围来看也是一个难题。目前,随着我国经济的不断发展和对就业市场的改革,大学生的就业形势日趋严峻。我国的高职院校学生招生批次晚,分数线较低,与普通本科院校学生相比高职院校面临的就业形势愈发严峻。因此,要充分借鉴国外高校构建大就业服务体系的先进经验,不断完善我国高职院校就业服务体系。The employment problem of college students is not only a difficult problem facing China,but also a problem from a global perspective.At present,with the continuous development of China’s economy and the reform of the job market,the employment situation of college students is becoming increasingly severe.In China’s higher vocational colleges,the enrollment batch is late and the scores are lower.Compared with the students of ordinary undergraduate colleges,the employment situation faced by higher vocational colleges is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,we must fully learn from the advanced experience of foreign universities to build a large employment service system,and constantly improve the employment service system of higher vocational colleges in China.
