高校社团建设与大学生创业能力培养

摘　　要：大学生创业教育目前是高校的重要内容。有研究指出,高校中对社团的参与有助于提高大学生的创业能力,因此对高校社团的建设是高校的主要任务之一。通过分析高校社区对大学生创业能力的影响,提出了完善高校大学生创业教育体系、鼓励高校创业型社团发展、加大对大学生创业的扶持策略,帮助高校社团的建设,提高大学生创业能力培养。Entrepreneurship education for college students is an important part of colleges and universities.It is pointed out that the participation in mass organizations in colleges and universities helps to improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students,so the construction of mass organizations in colleges and universities is one of the main tasks.By analyzing the influence of the college community on the entrepreneurial ability of college students,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the entrepreneurial education system of college students,to encourage the development of college entrepreneurial societies,and to increase the support for college students to start their own businesses,and to help the construction of college societies improving the cultivation of college students'entrepreneurial ability.
