摘　　要：大型科学仪器设备是保障科学研究进步的重要基础,其开放共享的程度可以较好地反映一个国家科技发展的水平,即开放共享的程度越高,该国的科技水平越先进,反之,则越落后。将重点分析美国、英国、日本等发达国家,越南等发展中国家在大型科学仪器设备开放共享方面所做的工作,总结国外先进经验和不足之处,形成较为客观的研究综述。The large scientific equipment is an important basis for ensuring scientific research progress.It’s degree of opening and sharing can preferably reflect the scientific and technological level of a country,that is,the higher of the degree of opening and sharing,the better the scientific and technological level of this country,otherwise,it is more backward.This paper analyzes the progress of opening and sharing in scientific reseach,including developing countries and developed countries,like the United States,Britain,Japan,Vietnam,and summarizes the advanced experience and shortcomings of foreign countries to form a more objective research review.
