桂枝茯苓丸联合孕三烯酮胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症患者疗效观察及对血清雌二醇、孕酮及黄体生成素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察桂枝茯苓丸联合孕三烯酮胶囊对子宫内膜异位症患者的治疗效果,以及对患者孕酮、血清雌二醇、黄体生成素水平的影响。方法从2016年1月～2017年8月于我院妇科就诊的子宫内膜异位患者中随机抽取198例进行研究,按随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,常规组的99例患者仅使用孕三烯酮胶囊进行治疗,观察组的99例患者进行桂枝茯苓丸联合孕三烯酮胶囊治疗。治疗6个月后随访,对比两组的临床疗效,孕酮、血清雌二醇、黄体生成素水平以及不良反应。结果经治疗,观察组治疗效果明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者的孕酮、血清雌二醇、黄体生成素水平均有所下降,但观察组明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组出现不良反应的概率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对子宫内膜异位患者,联合应用桂枝茯苓丸和孕三烯酮胶囊进行治疗,可有效降低患者性激素水平,且不良反应少,临床疗效较仅使用孕三烯酮胶囊更好。Objective To observe the treatment effects of cinnamom-poria pill combined with gestrinone capsules in treatment of patients with endometriosis and its influence on serum estradiol,progesterone and luteinizing hormone.Methods 198 patients with endometriosis who were treated in the department of gynecology in our hospital of from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into the conventional group and the observation group according to the random number method.99 patients in the conventional group were treated by gestrinone capsules while patients in the observation group were treated by cinnamom-poria pill combined with gestrinone capsules.On 6 months after treatment,there was a follow-up.Clinical effects,progesterone,serum estradiol,luteinizing hormone levels and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The progesterone,serum estradiol and luteinizing hormone levels of patients in two groups were all decreased.But progesterone,serum estradiol and luteinizing hormone levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with endometriosis,cinnamom-poria pill combined with gestrinone capsules can effectively reduce sex hormone level of patients and it has fewer adverse reactions.Therefore,its clinical effect is better than the gestrinone capsules.
