围产期助产士组服务模式对孕产妇心身状况的影响

摘　　要：目的对围产期助产士组服务模式对孕产妇心身状况的具体影响进行研究。方法在来我院进行定期产前检查的孕妇中抽取400例作为研究对象,并将其随机分成实验组和对照组,每组200例。对照组的孕妇为其提供常规的产前检查以及孕期教育。实验组的孕妇则接受围产期助产士组服务模式,专责助产士与孕妇之间是一种"伙伴"式的关系,让孕妇从怀孕到产褥期都能接受到心身健康方面的护理与指导。结果在研究结束后对两组产妇的分娩方式、产程、会阴侧切率以及裂伤情况、出血情况、新生胎儿窒息率、母乳喂养率、产妇满意度等具体内容进行对比与分析,最终实验组的各项指标都明显优于对照组,且两组结果具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论建立并推行助产士组服务模式,有利于让助产士为孕产妇提供更加全面的护理指导,开展好有关围产期的工作,最终让孕妇的身心更加健康。Objective To study the specific effect of perinatal midwifery group service model on the psychosomatic status of maternal women.Methods 400 pregnant women for regular prenatal care in our hospital were selected as research subjects and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 200 patients in each group.Pregnant women in the control group were given routine prenatal care and prenatal education.Pregnant women in the experimental group were given perinatal midwifery group service model.There was a“partner”relationship between the midwife and pregnant woman,so that pregnant women cpuld receive care and guidance from the pregnancy to the puerperium.Results At the end of the study,Delivery methods,labor,lateral episiotomy rate,perineal laceration,bleeding,neonatal fetal asphyxia,breast feeding rate and satisfaction degree of parturient women in two groups were compared and analyzed.All indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group and results of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishment and implementation of the midwife group service model can help midwives to provide more comprehensive nursing guidance for maternal women,carry out good work in the perinatal period and ultimately make pregnant women's physical and mental health.
