摘  要:采用膨胀型阻燃剂敌火龙(Deflam)对聚乙烯(PE)进行填充改性,制备了阻燃电缆料。研究Deflam添加量对电缆料的热稳定性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:随阻燃剂的增加,电缆料的阻燃等级、极限氧指数均有显著提高,并且有利于提高电缆料的总体热稳定性。TG曲线显示,随着阻燃剂含量的增多,电缆料起始热失重温度降低,最大热失重速率温度从原来的412℃提高523℃,而最终的残碳率明显升高。Dragon enemy intumescent flame retardant(Deflam)of polyethylene(PE)modified filled,the flame retardant cable was prepared to study the effects of the addition amount Deflam thermal stability and flame retardant properties of the cable.The results show that with the increase of flame retardant,the flame retardant grade and limiting oxygen index of cable materials are significantly improved,and it is beneficial to improve the overall thermal stability of cable materials.The TG curve shows that with the increase of the flame retardant content,the initial thermal weight loss temperature of the cable material decreases,and the maximum thermal weight loss rate temperature increases from 412℃to 523℃,and the final residual carbon rate increases significantly.
