摘 要:阐述了一种合成2,5-二氯苯酚的新方法。用正交试验法考察双水杨醛缩乙二胺合铜在对二氯苯氧化制备2,5-二氯苯酚中的作用,实验发现在双水杨醛缩乙二胺合铜的催化下,由对二氯苯生成2.5-二氯苯酚的产率可达94%以上。实验是典型的希夫碱配合物催化氧化反应,将其用于本反应还鲜有报道。此外,使用该配合物作催化剂,具有催化剂制备容易,使用量少,催化效率高,易回收,污染小等特点。A new and efficient synthetic method of 2,5-dichlorophenol was expounded in this paper.Double salicylic aldehyde ethylene diamine and copper complexes,a typical Schiff base,was applied to the reaction as the catalyst.The effect of Schiff base on the preparation of 2.5-dichlorophenol by the oxidation of p-dichlorobenzene investigated by Orthogonal test.It was found that the yield of 2.5-dichlorophenol from p-dichlorobenzene could reach over 94%under the catalysis of double salicylic aldehyde ethylene diamine and copper complexes.Although the use of Schiff base complexes for catalytic oxidation is well-known,these complexes used in synthetic reaction of 2,5-dichlorophenol has been rarely reported.In addition,the advantages of using this complex as catalyst were easy preparation of the catalyst,the less using amount,high efficiency of catalysis,easy recycling and more environment friendly.
