摘 要:压裂液的回收重复利用技术是解决目前现场环保问题的有效手段之一,针对常用的EM50压裂液体系形成了一整套回收利用工艺流程,并配套形成流水线作业模式。进行了5个井的回收利用现场试验,成功率100%,回收率平均为79.1%,节约施工用水13190 m^3,缩短了压裂施工周期。综合表明:经过处理的EM50压裂液能够实现可回收再利用,可以在类似区块进行推广。The recovery and reuse technology of fracturing fluid is one of the effective means to solve the environmental protection problems at present.A complete set of recovery and reuse process flow has been formed for the EM50 fracturing fluid system,and a production line operation mode has been formed.Field tests of 5 wells were carried out.The success rate was 100%,the average recovery rate was 79.1%,water consumption was saved by 13190 m3,and the fracturing operation period was shortened.The comprehensive results show that the treated EM50 fracturing fluid can be recycled and popularized in similar blocks.
