摘 要:采用水溶液聚合法制备出聚丙烯酸硅藻土高吸水性复合材料并测试其在盐溶液中的吸水率、保水率、重复吸水率以及吸附动力学。结果表明:该树脂在盐溶液中的平衡吸水率为39.72 g/g,在60℃和100℃下恒温干燥480 min时的保水率分别为46.37%和0.42%,可知该树脂在高温下吸水率明显下降,表明高温对树脂的组织结构破坏较大。重复吸放水六次后,该树脂的吸水率仍可达到第一次饱和吸水率的68.75%,说明重复利用性能较好。通过动力学模型研究,发现该树脂在盐溶液中遵循二阶吸附动力学。以上分析表明,制备的聚丙烯酸硅藻土复合高吸水树脂具有良好的耐盐性。The superabsorbent composite of diatomite was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization method.The water absorption,water retention,repeated water absorption and adsorption kinetics were characterized.The results showed that the water absorption of the resin in the salt solution was39.72g/g,and the water retention rate was46.37%and0.42%at60℃and100℃for480min,respectively.The results showed that the water absorption at the high temperature was obvious decline,due to the destruction of high temperature to its structure.The water absorption after six times of repeated use can reach68.75%of the first saturated water absorption,indicating that the recycling performance was goood.The study of the water absorption dynamics of the resin shows that it belongs to the pseudo second order dynamic model.From the analysis above,it can be concluded that the poly(acrylic acid)/diatomite composite superabsorbent hydrogel possess good salt-sensitive performance.
