摘  要:本文通过在纳米ATO颗粒表面进一步包覆二氧化硅及ATO,获得新型核壳结构ATO@SiO_2@ATO纳米粉体。经XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析、隔热性能分析,结果表明:ATO@SiO_2@ATO粉体颗粒尺寸达到纳米级别且粉体粒度均匀呈球形结构,将纳米ATO粉体、ATO@SiO_2粉体、ATO@SiO_2@ATO粉体制成隔热涂料,隔热性能测试结果表明,不同Sb掺杂浓度的ATO@SiO_2@ATO样品均优于ATO@SiO_2及纯ATO,其中,ATO@SiO_2@ATO-10%样品的隔热性能最优。In this paper,the nano ATO particlescoated with silicon dioxide and ATO on the surface,nano powder obtained core-shell structure ATO@SiO2@ATO.Which analyzed by XRD,SEM,laser particle size and the heat insulation performance.The results show that the particle size of ATO@SiO2@ATO powder reaches the nanometer level and powder particle show homogeneous spherical structure.Nano ATO powder,ATO@SiO2powder,ATO@SiO2@ATO powder made of thermal insulation coatings,insulation performance test results show that the ATO@SiO2@ATO-10%powder insulation performance is better than the ATO powder.
