摘 要:二氯甲烷为溶剂,(S)-(-)-1,1'-联-2-萘胺和2-羟基苯甲醛进行缩合得到席夫碱荧光探针S-2。其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和LC-MS表征。并研究了S-2的荧光性能。结果表明:溶剂极性减小,S-2的荧光强度增强,最大发射波长蓝移;在甲醇和水的混合溶液中,随着甲醇含量的降低,S-2的荧光强度降低,最大发射波长红移。在DCM溶液中,荧光探针S-2对Cr^(3+)具有高选择性和高灵敏度的识别作用,对其它金属离子具有良好的抗干扰能力。通过Job’s曲线和荧光滴定曲线研究发现S-2与Cr^(3+)的配位比为1︰1。A Salicylaldehyde Schiff-based Fluorescence Probe was synthesized by Condensation of Salicylaldehyde with(S)-(-)-1,1'-Binaphthyl-2,2'-diamine,using dichloromethane as solvent.The structure was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HR-MS.The fluorescence property of S-2 was investigated.The results indicated that the fluorescence intensity of S-2 enhanced and adsorption wavelength exhibited blue shift while the solvent polarity decreased.Fluorescence spectra of probe S-2 declined upon addition of methanol in the mixed solvents of methanol and DI water.The compound S-2 was first used as the fluorescent probe for detecting Cr^3+and exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity for response to Cr^3+in solutions,while other metal ions have little effect for Cr^3+recognition.The 1︰1 binding stoichiometry of S-2 to Cr^3+was analyzed by Job’s plot and Fluorescence titration.
