摘　　要：文章以超滤装置在国内某工业废水处理应用为例,对超滤装置的工艺控制设计进行详细介绍。文章具体描述了超滤系统构成,超滤装置的运行步骤,工艺控制设计的要点和的方法。实践表明,针对工业废水处理,依照文章所述的超滤装置工艺控制方法,制水系统产水稳定,运行维护方便。Taking the example of an ultrafiltration device in a domestic industrial wastewater treatment application,the paper introduces the process control design of the ultrafiltration device in detail.The article describes in detail the composition of the ultrafiltration system,the operation steps of the ultrafiltration device,and the points and methods of the process control design.Practice has shown that for industrial wastewater treatment,according to the method of ultrafiltration device process control described in the article,the water production system has stable water production and convenient operation and maintenance.
